Hi all, Been on BP for awhile, have a house hack in Plano and a second property in OKC under my belt right now. 

There is one pretty active in Plano but I am in Keller and hard to get to.

Current reside in San Francisco but I have also lived in Plano Texas and Saint Petersburg Florida.What you do?

I am analyzing deals around the Plano area.Do you see any increase in home sales in this region?

We currently live in our first home in Plano IL.We have been learning as much as we can over the last 4-5 months and have been aggressively searching and analyzing properties out in our western suburb areas near where we live for the last two.

I'd look there, Plano or Richardson.  

I am more interested in the north Dallas duplexes like Richardson, Plano, Allen, little elm and garland.

Living in the Plano, Texas area and starting to look for a property to brrrr.
