I recently bought a property at discount to fix and keep as a rental, a week later the realtor calls me and tells me she has a buyer and I can double my moneyI paid $20k for it I had 1 contractor give me a $30k bid and I’m having another one looking at it and it would rent for $950 when is fixed.

Even though she screenshot the paperwork from the doctor to show me she had the virus, I did not feel it was as serious as some cases are, and thought it was probably another reason to pay rent late.  

Told me she was going to move out April 30 and I agreed to use security deposit for march rent and 1/2 April and I would forgive other half of April rent and waive all late fees if she moved out April 30.

Out come the cuffs ( not for me ) . She

I set each rental to route rent to a diff bank account and also block partial payments.I haven’t used Tellus tenant screening yet since my tenants haven’t moved out in the last few years.

Your eviction attorney can tell her attorney that you are now represented and all correspondance must go through them.One other thing bothers me.   She

She's under garnishee but she tells me she avoids opening bank accounts because her money can be seized by creditors, and at one time, it was.

However, she told me she found out she won’t be working full time again at her job until August 1 and has asked for a reduced rent starting in August of $100 less per month and no late fees.
