At BP, you can network with other investors, get free education by watching the free videos and taking the free courses, and listening to BP's very own podcast in itunes.

Although I've lurked around here for a while now, I've finally decided to get my feet wet in real estate with wholesaling first.I've read nearly all the articles on it, read the archives, and looked at many videos, and I'm pretty sure I understand the process, although I have a few questions.First, does anyone have a copy of the Assignment of Contract contract?

They take the time to give very thorough answers which provide a knowledge base that continually builds because we can move beyond the ABCs of investing which have been beaten to death, previously covered, and archived for review by all... into some of the finer details, challenges, and intricacies of investing.

I've listened to most of the podcasts already in the archives.. it's been great.
