Help with contracts!

Micahel Lorent
Posted

Although I've lurked around here for a while now, I've finally decided to get my feet wet in real estate with wholesaling first.

I've read nearly all the articles on it, read the archives, and looked at many videos, and I'm pretty sure I understand the process, although I have a few questions.

First, does anyone have a copy of the Assignment of Contract contract? I've found it online but they charge money... and I'm hoping one of y'all may happen to have it and can email it to me. (Thanks)!

Secondly, it's this:

Let's say I find a property, and I put it under contract and put a deposit in escrow and have it as a legal, binding, authentic contract.

What exactly do I do then? Do I simply find a buyer, get the Assignment of Contract, and get him to sign with the compensation amount? And then take that to the title company?

Thank you all so much for your help! This is a great site
