So, as you lease your space make sure you ask them about working with grease, oil and any frying or anything they might do that give off a grease laden vapor. 

The reasoning is that you've created a 2nd vapor barrier that creates moisture that has nowhere to go other than into the roof panels and as a consequence gives you rot which will have to be dealt with 10-15 years down the road.

I am also guessing due to her being there 30 years, you probably have close to nothing for security deposit.

The latter property has been quite successful and supports itself and hen some.2 weeks ago my mother-in-law fell off her bed in her senior community apartment and broke her arm.

She is very frugal and been saving money for than 25 years but has all of her money in the stock market only and is difficult to make her be diversified.

One contractor said moisture is coming through a hole in the exterior stucco, but another said no way because the vapor barrier would block it. 1st one recommended installing insulation, but I've also read this can increase condensation problems.

The run 4 vaporizers filled with bleach for a week or 2 to kill anything that might have spawned down there, then dry it out again.

But quickly switched it to her being better lately.I shrugged it off, but looking back I should have taken that comment very seriously.
