Ft ranch home with new appliances ( Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove(electric or gas), washer/dryer, microwave etc and contemplating whether it requires and electrical upgrade from 100 amps to 150/200 amps.Currently the HVAC system installed for central heating/cooling is  15 amps)and there is gas water heater.Do you anyone know if this needs to a mandatory upgrade or any recommendations around the same and what it can cost to upgrade electric panel to 150 amps/200 amps?

People hear heated and expect a hot tub.

I have a condotel (short-term rental) that needs a new heat pump for $7k.

He is now selling the property and the new buyer says she cannot find an insurance company that will issue her a policy because it doesn't have central heat/air.

First of all, the definition of rich is fluid and depends on the person and who you are comparing them to. 

The agent is filling out an application/quote with the question asking what type of heat the property has.

I would think in AZ that is a must, because summer heat and AC must run 24 hours a day.   

My brother's rental is a little over 1,000s sqft heated living area, so the ADU would only be permitted for 500 sqft in Winston-Salem, according to information I found online .One advantage of an ADU I believe would be the ability to hook up to the primary residence's utilities. 

I am just left with heat water garbage and all the incedentals How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

As you all know, getting a phone call in the middle of the night from a tenant with no heat or water leaking is a nightmare most do not want.
