There will be fluctuations on rents and much of it is property and timing dependent and not necessarily market dependent. 

Do you have property managers and contractors who your clients have been using for over a year successfully?

For example using and LLC to take revenues from properties Etc.

Does anyone know of a dscr lender that will allow for seasoned money for a down payment and a really good property manager in Ohio specifically in Columbus, Cin, and Cleveland?  

I've been running mid term rentals now for over 5 years and operate nearly 30 properties. 

@David PopeYou probably inherited a 5.6% interest in a partnership which owns the property, as opposed to having a direct 5.6% ownership of the property.
