Plan on having some down time to remove carpeting, paint floors with Kilz to seal peat urine into floor so does not seep into new carpet and then lay new carpet.

While out of town, I do have down time where I can do what I need to do on the computer and phone.We have taken extensive training from the CT Homes guys (Than Merrill and his group from Flip This House on TV)....they offer a good rehabber course, and have been actively looking and making offers.

I know I hate it when people ask me to do something when they've already decided I'm the bad guy.I'd go over during a down time, when no one is using the hoop and say that your car is getting hit during games and is there another good place for the hoop on his lot and can you help in any way.

Or you can consider how many houses you have to buy (if you are an investor) because that is an automatic 3% back for closing costs, renovations, etc that would be going to somebody else if you did not have a license (this was the primary reason I even got my license, so any of the deals I have closed representing others have all been a bonus).My brother is a pilot and I am recommending he get his license to take advantage of his down time.
