People have short memories and think stuff like that will never happen again......personally I would never buy in those areas unless I'm flipping it and moving on.....no way would I buy a long term buy and hold there.I just sold my property in Kingwood.....flooded all around the neighborhood but not near my property...it was a stressful 2 weeks..... really don't want to do that again....dodged a big bullet with no flood insurance and I'm not counting on dodging mother nature again

BTW, this is all from memory, it's been a while and requirements change often.

The one that is 13, 125 Sq. feet is a corner lot located on the intersection of veteran's memorial Dr and Elm street, with a view of the river.

While there are fix & flip opportunities there, the market to a larger extent is very active between Memorial Day and Labor Day. 

And Likewise, higher cost for inferior craft.  

A tenant called me the Friday night before Memorial weekend on an AC issue that I feel they should have known about the day before or at least earlier that day.

The hit jogged me just a little bit and added just a couple more things to my trauma list as a child. for the next couple of months i began having memory flashbacks to memories that as kid were suppressed.

A computer with all solid memory is recommended.

My primary interest here on BP is that of becoming a flipper/rehabber; I love the idea of taking something less ideal and making it beautiful for a family to live in and make great memories there.

The images/video records to a memory card so you have to go to the unit, take it down, and review the pictures manually.In either case, I would notify the tenants - in writing - that you are installing the cameras and make them acknowledge your notice so they can't complain later.
