Unless you are using a burner line on your direct mail campaigns then any person with a little common sense could plug your number into a number lookup and get your name anyway. 

He put in an outside wood burner furnace that he said he is taking and put a building in the back of the property that he said he is going to tear down and haul out.

Life happened and multiple deployments and I had this initiative on the back burner (no excuses just how it happened).

Hi all,  I am thinking about converting an old oil burner and A/C system over to a newer more efficient natural gas system. 

Those end up being maintenance money burners.  

The kitchen features lots of cabinets, granite countertops, built in double convection ovens, built in gas 5 burner cooktop, breakfast bar, built in double sided wine cooler, and built in fridge cabinet.

We have some good commercial contacts, but our smaller jobs tend to be put on the back burner by these companies.

@Nathan McBrideIf you have four ranges with continuous pilots in a multifamily I would change them all out immediately with used units  of the $200 variety that utilize a piezoelectric sparking system to light the burners.

They seem to think that the one burner not working was a big deal cause the furnace was running constantly & never cutting off.

@David Le Always keep an eye out for something otherwise you'll just put it on the back burner.
