Seeking contractors in Albany, NY

Before we purchase our next property, we'd like to get a better team in place. Does anyone have recommendations for the following in the Albany/Rensselaer area:

-plumber

-electrician

-roofer

-cleaner

-painter

-any other contractor you love

These would be for smaller 1-4 unit projects. We have some good commercial contacts, but our smaller jobs tend to be put on the back burner by these companies.
