As Bryan pointed out, not informing a lender may not constitute fraud, but this attidtude can easily bleed through to a change in attitudes under current views.

So do me a favor and take your judgements and expectations, and your "better than everyone else" attitude and shove it.

For instance, I know that I do not feel very safe wandering around by myself in many latin American Countries as both cultural attitudes and laws have not seemed to progress much in those countries.

It is a shame that you are misleading others with your pomposity and bad attitude.

To really contribute here, I think my best bet is to try to remember:a) Not everyone knows what I know-- no matter how basic-- and to try to share detailed information on what I've done as time permits and,b) Remember that it's not just about the nuts and bolts and the how-to, but about keeping the right attitude, and bearing in mind that my own unique way of looking at something and my own attitude and approach to life may be as big an eye-opener to another person as all the specific techniques, and strategies I use.Thanks for your time and have a wonderful biggerpockets dayDitto :beer:

I'm a person with a can do attitude who thinks bigger and higher than any person I've ever met.

You can come up with your own way to pay the guy, lotsa different laws and attitudes on what is legal.

well that sounds a bit more like what i thought investors attitude was like!
