I'm currently obtaining my handy mans license but just wanted to reach out to all of you on BP and say if you need any laminate/demo or landscaping work to be in touch.  

That's basically new construction, even if you get permits (questionable) for it and you can ignore the fact that you are loosing of garage parking, you have to run water/sewer/power to the street and then demo and build new.

After researching for the best software, doing the demos and speaking to rental management companies I decided on Rent Manager.

I want: demo complete, rough in PASSED, flooring completed, etc.Regarding Bill's comment about payment immediately, I agree that you need to be responsible and timely with payments.  

This led to more demo, framing, and drywall work; but as whenever you open up the walls to old houses you begin to see framing that is not up to code and electrical work that is no longer up to code.

Figured I could do the demo my self.

I am moving in Sunday and demo starts right away.
