Rent Collecting Software

Hi All!

I am a new landlord for a small multi-family and am considering having my tenants pay through Venmo/PayPal or I could invest in a software like Apartments.com Rental Manager or RentRedi. Does anyone have experience or insight?

Thanks!

Spencer

In my opinion, Skip venmo and paypal.  Do yourself a favor and set up some portfolo management software (Stessa, Buildium, Rentec, etc)
Stay away from RentRedi.

I like Stessa - mostly free, but there is a paid tier.  I am evaluating Buildium, and Rentec to fill in gaps I find in Stessa (maintenance management for the most part)

I also have some success with tenants depositing directly into a bank branch under my accounts.
