I've read a lot of stuff on here about people having a large issue finding quality contractors here in SLC.  I am actively pursuing my investing career, slowly but surely.  But in the mean time am using the general skills I have acquired throughout the years to help experienced landlords as well as flippers.  I have over 4 years of experience in the landscaping industry and a year laying hardwood/laminate flooring.  I'm currently obtaining my handy mans license but just wanted to reach out to all of you on BP and say if you need any laminate/demo or landscaping work to be in touch.  I am much more reasonable than a lot of the subs in the valley and take a huge pride in my work as I am somewhat OCD.
