Hi,If there is weather related damage to roof and a commercial store tenant is forced to close, who's responsible for reimbursing the tenant for loss?

I shared this with Memphis Invest/REI Admin. because they needed to know that if they did not reimburse for the stove it will continue to be an unresolved issue with the police.  

Employees regularly pay expenses in all kinds of business and then get reimbursed for "Employee expenses".

hardmoney lender should not have made this loan if their terms were for you to front rehab and they reimburse... if you can't front 5k you are probably undercapitalized.... this leads to failure of a loan meet with HML and explain an drestructure

Jack at HRRE said he would reimburse me for some of the issues but when I emailed him an invoice, it was ignored.
