Liabilities of using personal VISA for LLC expenses, paid by LLC?

As I'm shopping for a new business credit card, I'm wondering if there's a legal or tax downside to using a personal card as a business card like we did before forming an LLC. Just use it only for business and pay it from the LLC checking account. There's no co mingling of funds.

FWIW, I just got rejected by Costco for their Citi business Visa because I had a $300 collection on my report. I've had a Citi MC for 27 years never paid late, never paid a mortgage late, and have a 870 FICO according to Citi's own website. I just paid the collection, in retrospect it wasn't worth stiffing someone who ripped me off, but as someone who sees a lot of credit reports, that seems unreasonably harsh.
