I'll try to answer the questions you've raised:Dick -- We're interested in the lending aspect because we have access to a fair amount of cash, and earning 16% is pretty tempting.Brendan -- Considering how new we are to all of this, we're in no way qualified to say how the deals are looking in our area :lol: But, in the REOs we're concentrating on, there seems to be lots of potential.

Most folks on these forums are not concentrating in the big markets - NYC, LA, the Bay Area, Boston, Chicago, Seattle - as they are perceived (rightly or wrongly) as over-priced.PM me if you like more details or have questions.
