Which of these are escrow junk fees?

background: I am the seller. House is located in California and theres no mortgages or loans on it.

TITLE/TAXES/RECORDING CHARGES

Owners Title Policy $975

Sub Escrow Fee $62.50

Wire Fee $35.00

Recording Grant Deed $35.00

Documentary Transfer Tax $250.80

ESCROW CHARGES

Escrow Fee $656

Drawing Grant Deed $75

Messenger Fee/Processing Fee $50

Wire Fee $30

I'm in CA and all those fees look totally in line.  Ask for a definition of the sub escrow fee.  Also ask why the draw deed fee isn't included in the escrow.  Sometimes you can get escrow to back down on the draw deed fee by asking what the escrow fee actually covers.  Fidelity/Chicago settled a civil action law suit in the last few years where the draw deed fee was considered a junk fee.
