How do you define a successful woman?

In the few months this couple has lived on their property I've seen their health deteriorate further to the point where the woman now uses a mobility chair.

It also has a 5 print option (plus the reverse) so it doesn't look overly repetitious. 3) Depending on your subfloor, vinyl is much more forgiving which means less prep work.4) As a buyer of real estate (and a woman - don't forget, we make a big impact in the decision-making process) I really don't like the sound of laminate.

You just move on.There is a wonderful crazy tale on Bp somewhere where a guy offered something like half what the woman wanted, and she balled him out on the phone. 2 weeks later she phoned him back up, and had obviously realized that her property wasn't worth as much, they negotiated, and he bought.

I am asking because on the forums I read of a woman who couldn't get a loan because the income after all deductions was too low.

As a side note, the owner/resident of the building was one of the two guys who co-wrote the song "When a Man Loves a Woman". 

A woman responded to my pre-screening email very quickly but her monthly gross income is 5k which wouldn't quite meet the 3x rent (rent is 2,200/month).

As a woman, sometimes it's nice to have another women's opinion.
