the HOA also has a $9k assessment to modernize elevator, repair stairwells, and start repairs on balconies.  

We fixed it up and made it extremely modern!

We completed a $35,000 full remodel for only $22,000.The remodeling has a high standard and material and design was chosen specifically to modernize the home.

Redid all the drywall, added in unit laundry, updated kitchens/baths, some new windows as needed, redid cement in areas was broken and overall modernized property. 

These are classic 3 story walk ups, we. have a club house, a park behind the units, garages and EV charging ( will have another post on this)These were built with a modern look and the 3rd floor has 12' ceilings.   

In this modern age of technology everyone will be using algorithms advanced automation and online resources to reach sellers .

We are about 90% finished on a total bathroom remodel which would bring that space up to date with modern flooring and finishes.

The church doesn't make it and it closes or the denomination builds a new modern church and the old church is left there with no one interested in it.In thinking about this one of the things I wanted to mention about this type of purchase is - when I bought the home I financed it and got a home loan for 4% interest.
