Single-family residence other investment.

Cash invested: $22,000

Full remodel.
3 bedrooms, 2 bath, living room, and kitchen.

Remodel included: flooring, removal of popcorn ceilings, retexture of walls, interior painting, new trim, leveling subflooring, new fixtures, tub and tile resurfacing, countertop resurfacing.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

We found this deal through word of mouth and we negotiated it by sending a bid and sitting down with home owner.

How did you finance this deal?

This deal was financed through private money.

How did you add value to the deal?

We completed a $35,000 full remodel for only $22,000.

The remodeling has a high standard and material and design was chosen specifically to modernize the home.
