Did the landlord express their concerns beyond meeting the income criteria?

Sort of like how grandma's expressions seem to be flattening and her arms aren't swinging while she walks - there's something serious going on underneath.

This investor has expressed interest in any other properties I may have.

I'd definitely express your goals to the broker involved, I'm sure the broker is also interested in a quick cash closing, I'm also sure he knows that you're a wholesaler.
