While browsing loopnet and MobileHomeParkStore I have seen 2 types of parks: fixer uppers that require a lot of capital but have a lot of upside and established/well run parks that have good income, but not as much short term upside potential.

I've been browsing the forums and listing the the BP For a couple months now and decided it's time to dive in and get busy here on the forums.

Spending a lot time browsing the forums, reading recommended real estate books and blogs, as well as listening to podcasts, in search of the best strategy and the next steps for obtaining my goal of a passive income vehicle.

Basically, I was browsing through Facebook and I came across a post about a successful real estate investing company.

@Chris SeveneyWe need to cut down on the pre-bid initial DD time it takes to make bids on assets (noteproz seems to do that and Scott Carson endorses them).We also need an asset manager and a contact list and something that produce reports and something that we can upload our soft collateral to and maybe even have an interface or upload/download capability into QB.Thanks.

There are a much of "middle men" who promote turnkey companies in multiple markets so that you can "browse" markets and choose the kind of the property and market that works best with your goals.

I've been on here for a while browsing forums but it is finally time to put all of my planning to work!

I'm just getting started on BP and was trying to browse for properties online.
