Hello BP, I'm Brian from Odessa/Midland Tx. I've been browsing the forums and listing the the BP For a couple months now and decided it's time to dive in and get busy here on the forums. I'm in the Texas market that goes with the flow of Oil!! So we are on a downward cycle as you all know but it's come to me as a good time to find Wholesale deals along with flipping. My brother in law is an active home builder here in my area and we plan to find some good wholesale deals to sale/flip also. The money is still here with all the oil profits! We have taken a hit on rentals/rental prices. Rentals are popping up everywhere and prices are falling. I've been doing some "driving for dollars" just getting a look at what's out here. I've been here for 30 years now so I know my area very very well. I hope to find some investors in my area through BP. Y'all have a good day! Brian
