A big hello to the bigger pockets community! I just joined this website and so far I'm really liking it. This is a simple introduction post to get some feedback and also make some new friends! My name is Dave Antonacci and I'm a 22 year old aspiring real estate investor. I'll give you a quick breakdown of how I heard about this website. Basically, I was browsing through Facebook and I came across a post about a successful real estate investing company. It was called clever investor. The CEO and spokesman was a man named Cody Sperber and he was very confident in his program (I'm sure some of you have heard of him or his company) well anyway, after reading through his website it inspired me to learn more. However, after further analysis I realized that his program was $300. Before I spent any money, I googled this companies credibility. The first thing that popped up was a forum on this website talking about his various programs and if they were worth the money. Some of the established members on here were saying that before spending any money, someone in my shoes should soak up as much free information as possible. So here I am! I'm VERY eager to learn as much as I can about R.I.E in general but specifically wholesaling. I would really appreciate any knowledge thrown my way. I'm brand-new to this and I want to know how to get into the game. Thanks!
