I am a general contractor and first of all I would have to agree with Art Allen in regards to contractors having a bad name.

I'm a 20-year old college student working a grocery store job who wants something bigger and has a passion for the art of real estate investing.

They need more than the art and style of public speaking, the ability to motivate, as what they put out needs to be within the reality of real estate.

Hi @Art MaydanI generally tell people to look for a CPA just like any other contractor.

@Art Maydan I agree with samantha, I think you really are going to need to wait until he completely vacates and clean up and bomb the place.
