Hi everybody,

As you can tell from my subject line that I am a newbie investor. My main goal in the first few months of my business is to master wholesaling. I am based in the Boston area. My goal is to wholesale 3-5 houses in my first year, and then as my business grows I would like to wholesale more deals and then start doing rehabs which would be my specialty since I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture, as well as currently working as a carpenter, and working on getting my Master of Science in Construction Management. I look forward to learning from everybody and getting the most out of connecting with everybody in BiggerPockets.

Best Regards,

Donna
