Rodney,Your post is one of the few I could find from someone who actually attended the 3-day workshop, so I'm hoping you can provide some additional insight.  

If the information is good information, and you work hard to implement those systems, you will have a high rate of success.I met a guy that told me he has been going to bootcamps and workshops for over 20 years and he still hasn't purchased any real estate besides his own primary residence.Becoming a successful Real Estate Investor starts with your mindset.

If its like most of these (it will be) it will be a pitch fest by a bunch of speakers selling $1000 home study courses, $5000 workshops and $10,000 mentorships.

The ladies like the security of pulling into their garage and close the garage door behind them while the garage is a man's workshop, etc.

I'm really happy I found this site before buying a coaching and mentorship educational package from some of the real estate gurus like Fortune Builders who recently had one of their workshops here in Austin.As Jim Rohn said “Formal education will make you a living; self-education will make you a fortune.”.

Prices and selling are still a bit hot in my area, but this has been my m.o. in the past and it works. Hopefully

You will be better prepared than ANY guru class, workshop, or audio.

They're not the greatest, but I did my first ceramic tile job after going to their workshop.

I think there is always a sales pitch about coaching, workshops, etc.
