Could someone give me their opinion on the people on craigslist claiming they are real estate investors with so much business they looking to hire and train people. There are a few people here in Chicago with adds up on craigslist and I just seeing what people thought.

My opinion is they're trolling for business. They're going to have you do something that will cause you to pay them money. Why not just take advantage of everything that BP offers? Its a gold mine of information and support. You don't need any "gurus" course or to pay someone else. The best investment I've made in years was going to a Pro membership. You'd be better off investing the money in that.
