That is utter lunacy!

It is all utter BS.I have spend 4 years mastering lead generation.Remember a lead is not someone that calls you back after receiving a DMM piece.

I have $800/month rentals with oversized tubs and $900 Grohe Euphoria shower systems in them.I think most landlords completely underestimate how much goodwill a nice shower well above a rental's price point buys them for the money spent, especially down in C-class where most setups are utterly bare bones, cramped, and seemingly purposely designed to be uncomfortable.

They are now encouraging men to get all in their feelings, be emotional, be trans and all this other complete and utter BS. 

Everybody knows the city and the construction industry are utterly corrupt, in spite of the circus of the Commission Charbonneau.

this is the age and time of technology and companies who manage data well , VRBO is terribly lacking in the technology space and they were lucky that Airbnb is acting like utter douches with their guest centric policies .

Its utter lunacy from my perspective. 

The only basic answer is "it depends" which is utterly unhelpful.
