Has anyone tried one of these lead automation programs? Are any of them any good?

Lead generation is not about technology. Lead generation is about showing your prospect that you are trustworthy capable legitimate.

It is hard to automate that. There is one way we have been able to do this though.

With a ranking 1 website, we get leads in on automatic and on demand.

HOWEVER that said it is not magic.

You don't flip a switch and the leads come pouring in.

We use analytical psychological strategies to get our traffic obsessed with filling in the forms.

I am not sure what "programs" you are talking about, but unless these so called automated programs teach you how to become trustwothy and capable, I wouldn't dare touching it. It is all utter BS.

I have spend 4 years mastering lead generation.

Remember a lead is not someone that calls you back after receiving a DMM piece. A lead is someone that is willing to sell their house below market value and thus is truly motivated. THAT to me is a lead. A lead is a potential seller. Not someone/anyone that decides to "inquire" who you are and why they received a letter from you.

There is a difference between automating lead generation and systematize it!

One diminishes the quality of the lead, the other makes it reliable and predictable. One way to tell if these programs are good, is by making the owners show you the quality leads they are getting and quantity, and how many of these leads they closed and how much the average profit is of said leads.

I for one am not sold on this until I see concrete data!
