Now, Trump does have an absolutely AMAZING team of accountants and lawyers that absolutely understand all of the subtle nuances of this.  

What will be some of the  tell-tale  signs  that will stand on the obvious side  and what may be   some of  those  signs that  are more subtle after the smoke clears.

I don't even particularly like it but it imitates Carrera so is neutral, subtle and complements the tile.

It varies but usually comes out in subtle ways when people express unchallenged ignorant ideas that haven't gone through the critical thinking gauntlet - for instance, lumping 'groups' of people together (ie: you're a contractor if you're doing things that someone thinks a contractor would do), buying into this false premise of letting others determine what occupations/etc should be held in esteem, etc.

Currently the book I am reading is The Subtle Art of Not Giving A F*ck By Mark Manson and I am not primarily too focused on strictly sticking to real estate, although I do believe that it will be a big part of my future soon enough.

I think Andrew was alluding to the same thing, he is just nicer and more subtle than I am ... happy investing :)

I currently work in stock market analysis and have found a lot of similarities, but would like to know more about the subtle and sometimes not so subtle differences in methodology.

A few subtle hints should  help encourage his move out.
