How Will The End Of Regulation& Dodd Frank Really Affect Market?

From a strictly Real Estate and  Non Political standpoint,We  know  from the new  administration and it's  background of  real estate,  times will be  favorable  for  RE investors. My question has  a few  facets. How  exactly??  What will be some of the  tell-tale  signs  that will stand on the obvious side  and what may be   some of  those  signs that  are more subtle after the smoke clears. Will these   regulations  effect mostly the big wig  commercial class  investors and their  markets  or will the  smaller investors  reap the benefits  just the same ?? This  should be  good :)
