Keep striving!

So building a solid team in real estate and life in general is a plan we all should strive to achieve.Alex

I strive to do everything with integrity.

I strive to be helpful and apologize if I previously was not.I would say this.

I'm sure were not always perfect or meet the standards 100% of the time but we strive to get better everyday.  

And it is not something I have strived to achieve.

This is a really close community of people striving to help each other as much as we can.

I am by nature a person that strives for a win-win outcome whenever possible.  

I got that initial boost of confidence most newbie investors strive for, the decisions I made were based on months of reading, asking questions, making spreadsheets and analyzing properties in that market.The best thing I could take away from this experience is that sometimes being ready to pull the trigger is a lot more than just over coming the initial fear of bidding; sometimes it's about being prepared to do whatever you need to just to have that opportunity.
