Anyways I seen one of my drywall side guys at the gas station.

But there are restaurants around the factory, a Seven-Eleven, a drug store, a Dollar General and a gas station. 

The Cannabis Control Commission is looking at Union Station in Worcester for their headquarters, this should legitimize things even more.

Your 4 unit might be an investment to you, but to the bank it's your primary residence... and that's where the banks are going to have a hard time believing a couple that's married (and has a history of living together) are going both occupy two separate primary residences without getting separated or divorced...Obviously some exceptions here if you were located at seperate duty stations etc, but that's different.

Thanks again  If you don't make it your primary, then your spouse does or it has to be like 100 miles from your duty station w/ intent to retire in it.But also just another FYI, both FHA and VA are huge pains for the buyer/seller.
