I am looking for a commercial real estate broker/agent/investor who can help me in leasing/selling two commercial properties in Vermont. Ideal thing is to get national chain on these property

These properties are vacant this time. Following are some details about properties:

  • Convenient Store with gas station, car wash, office building and bottle redemption
  • Convenient Store with DELI, bottle redemption and one 3 bedroom apartment

I am ready to hold the note on both properties for appropriate buyer.
