Fixing and flipping real estate has become one of the hottest ways to build wealth.

This does pose a challenge since that real estate is a lot more expensive than if you go more west and south.

It also gave me the chance to experiment with short-term rentals before transitioning to a long-term hold, reinforcing my strategy for growing a real estate portfolio.
