I'm told it's a good location on Main St. and at the intersection with the major highway.

There are plenty of good townships that are at the prime intersection of lower house pricing but high rent rolls that create some nice profit (even with jersey's absurd taxes).

Street and intersection improvements and restructuring of some traffic flow is taking place to prepare for the next phases there.

I see all these Benches At bus stops and busy intersections in my market with advertisements on them that say “made you look”, And a phone number where you can call and place an ad.

I then negotiated it down to $500 total at $50 month for the next 10 months.If that isn't a judge acknowledging defeat over a b.s. local ordinance I don't know what is.So after having thousands and thousands of signs go out, that fine and one other one have been my only cost.Signs work and I'm thankful the citys keep the intersections clear for me.

The one on busy road doesn't need remodel....this property is at the corner (intersection) of two main roads that we afraid noise would be a big concern...
