Marketing Office space
I have been struggling to rent office space in Wilton for 10 years. I have tried brokers, Craigs list, incubators & street signs. The building is on a main road at an intersection. I know Fairfield County is the second worst real estate market in the country, worse than even Detroit. I think it might be recovering just a little bit. What are other forums that I can advertise? I have retail in the 12,000 square foot building too. I can't get food services due to parking limitations are there retail categories growing ? Route 7 which the building is on is 60 feet away with great visibility, 30,000 cars per day. What is wrong?
