I have been through numerous CRM reviews but many seem to be affiliate/promotions in disguise or at least lack objective comparative context. 

If I sell, I pay off the debt, lose the asset, and have no more monthly income from the property but I would be DEBT FREE, which is very enticing.

We leave a tag on it with his info, and it allows guests to tag him in pictures while promoting his work.

Lately I sent out 1,400 advertising cards to 1,400 leads they provide received only 1 yes only one response and that was a legal order of cease.I have several classifieds running with zero results .I have a custom perf sign on the back window of my SUV with zero results to dateAnd a heavily promoted website with very low traffic Did google ads which was a complete flop Would like some feedback about charter financial and the owner Leland RegardsMark

What exactly are you trying to offer or promote in your post?  

This is the least likely thing for people to publish on BP, as finding them is key to the business and promoting them on here will inundate them with calls. 

I forget which episode of the podcast it was on but someone mentioned that they had ID badges made for their apartment complex and went around to local businesses to see what types of discounts or promotions they could offer their tenants when they showed their ID badge at checkout.

I don't know if anyone here has had any experience in buying properties that are already used as airbnb's and figuring out the price of the property based on income, but it is a very enticing place that has great returns, just feel suspicious about basing my purchase price on the income of a property through airbnb.

It's not something you need but some wholesalers do one to provide to buyers when promoting the deal.
