They day one of my tenants commented on my BP post was they day I decide to edit my pic and not provide my full name.

Whoops I can't edit to add this, but you can also do that for lawn care or you can up the rent to cover it.

BP just came out with NY states leases reviewed by NY State lawyers.What I did was found a generic Leases In BP that I could edit and compared it with my Property Management lease and and added to my lease State Specific Requirements.

I did make edits to my profile content from here and there and got it to the point where I am confident in what I have.
