Should I get the lease from an attorney (NJ)?
Hi, newbie landlord here. I finally found some good tenants to rent out my house. Now I need a lease for them to sign. I found an attorney who said he could write one up for me for $350 (which seems kinda steep for me, but again I am a newbie). I also found some apparently nice leases specific for my state for free just by googling.
So should I cough up that cash for the piece of having a solid lease from an attorney or can I save that hard earned money and just use the best one I find online?
Thanks.

In NJ, I think it would be essential to have your initial lease written by a lawyer. NJ is a very litigious state. as they say, an ounce of protection is worth a pound of cure.
