He watched me Flip properties and I really think his mind was wondering how we went on a Cruise every Christmas, lived in a very nice 6000 sq foot home in a very nice town in Utah (Fruit Heights).   

When I cruise CL I see some of my fellow LL houses on there, so I know they're facing the same issues.

I've been cruising the forums for a couple months, reading everyone's experiences and wonderful advice that's always freely given. 

I wouldn’t want to dumb a ton of money into furnishings without being able to create a marketable property that people remember and refer friends to.I stayed in an Airbnb down in Galveston, Texas once and I remember it very well because it was right by the Cruise ship port and was decorated in a cruise line theme.

There are likely Hotels and clubs in Miami and south FL where you could make some big bucks as a bartender however - or being a dealer in Bahamas or one of those cruise ships..

On the other hand, I'm heartened to hear that folks might be cruising the marketplace based on keywords or just because they are in the market for a new deal and might be getting in touch with the poster behind the scenes.

I've used my leave off from my day job to work full time on my business while my counterparts take vacations and cruises.
