Currently, there is a bug that is limiting the functionality of this feature but the team is busy resolving it. 

I do not want to look at any SFR or single door homes but can't seem to find a way to search by that criteria using any of the BP search functions.

In your example of being called into the office you were obviously working as an employee of an investor or PM however this example doesn't work well when compared to the function of an independent management "company".

We are either too busy or have no desire to perform the functions of the servicer.

I appreciate good software and automation and chose to use this for the price point and functionality and the great support.

Once you have a shortlist, sign up for an account with each one and test them extensively to see how they function.

@Marcos Altamirano Toriz -  in todays corporate IT world,   the game is leveraging "out of the box"  application functionality by "configuration" versus "customization".   

Measuring if a property is a reasonable first, second or last investment is not a function of how much you have saved.

Appreciate the content on here but I’m not motivated enough to scroll more than a hundred pages to see if a question has been asked already….just saying You have to use the general search function (the magnifying glass) at the top of the page.

I am not anti-Texas, but a brand-new investor shouldn't be investing into a widespread down market unless they know which towns will rebound first.
