Hey All,Looking for referrals or connections to A+ STR Property Managers in the Castle Rock Lake, WI area (New Lisbon, Mauston, Germantown Township etc).

During very heavy rainfalls the whole thing gets emptied into Lake Ontario!

To be specific, location in my mind can mean a handful of things some of which you mentioned (view, proximity to downtown, creek front, lake front), whichever you pick ensure that it is great. 

I have been doing a lot of research into where we might buy another STR and was looking at Big Bear Lakes, CA because it is very close to a downhill MTB park and my kids race DH and have always wanted to get a place close so we can go spend a few weeks there whenever we want. 

It’s located near a big refinery and 30 mins away from casinos in lake Charles.

It’s in Lauderdale Lakes area. 

We currently do not have a home selected IF we were to sell but we are thinking the Lake Stevens/Snohomish or Cashmere/Peshastin area if possible.

We have 3 decks overlooking the lake so it is important to keep up on that stuff.Of course you can always pay the handy person to do a quarterly walk through.

Investors from CA,AZ,NV are often seeking a reprieve from the density and anxiety of urban living and the Oregon Coast offers ocean, rivers, lakes, dunes, mountains and outdoor activities year round to unplug (or plug in?).

I have properties in Fairfield, West end, East Lake, and others, and they can cash flow but the management is difficult (as in getting cash collected from tenants).
