For when someone knocking around OR wants a place in the desert or Napa valley.. simple call..

I am a Commercial Real Estate appraiser & am currently appraising a 48,000 SF industrial complex (four 12,000 SF metal buildings) in Adelanto, CA in the High Desert of the Victor Valley.My building and two others are In Escrow at HUGE price increases over what these buildings were selling for Pre-MJ Ordinance by the city.

Do you know of any contractors in the Palm Desert area?

Chasing after some warm weather, sunshine, and oceans, mountains, and deserts.

This is a high desert and most people have grass.

Shade in the desert is a very easy sale..I used to weld for a living so got it done cheap, still have my truck and engine-drive welder.  

I have explored investing in Palm Desert, Phoenix, Las Vegas, etc. - but I see way more risk out of the SD market, then within our market which has strong fundamentals for buy and hold investors. 

My past sins as the world's worst landlord begin to vanish like a desert mirage. 

You would think there so much land in Las Vegas, since it's a desert, that until you research, most of land is in federal government ownership.

There are single family homes a couple of miles from the land location.It is in Los Angeles county, near the edge of the Mojave desert.
