I own a beautiful victorian duplex that is on the edge of the ghetto, across the street from the site of the new police station... that was supposed to be completed in April of 2017... so while the property makes money, the appreciation is not there yet, and I have to wait for my little messed up city to come through with the plans it has already laid in place.The second type of lower income are the cash flow areas.

It was pointed out there's a big drug problem, and the police is often called.

For example, if child services or the police had to do a welfare check on the individuals at that property and are getting stung, then the problem starts affecting more people and it gets resolved quicker.Keep us posted with what happens!

That sound out in left field charging a tenant to park.With a contract the police officer can not act as a judge and arrest you, no matter what state you live in.

Normally people file a police report and the file that report with each company claiming they are owed money with results in those charges being removed from their account.

Police have been called 2x in the last week.  

Something that started with this a couple of years ago (my house on the right)Has turned into the removal of the fence separating the two properties (by the owner of the truck) which leaves me losing the foot of space between the privacy fence and the boundary fence.Mitigating circumstances - the guy that owns the truck has a history of violent crime (kidnapping, sexual assault on a child, assaulting a police officer, etc., etc.) and my interactions with him have resulted in schizophrenic ramblings (i.e. the Vatican owns my property, all financial transactions are routed through the city of London, etc.)I spoke with an attorney from this forum (a terrific help) earlier this week and I am weighing my options...the best being a 4 foot retaining wall along the property line with a 6 foot permitted fence to the front of the house. 

Once there, they turn up the heat with very polished and professional "motivational speakers" who know how to work a crowd. 

The daughter was passed out on the stairs and the neighbor called the police and told the police that she belongs to my unit.

Now, the "LLC police" aren't watching over your every move, so at times, the ability to bring suit can be a stronger case.
