We want to buy a few hours away in Ocean City, Maryland, where we grew up vacationing.

While working that full time job I quadrupled my portfolio and grew the side hustle. 

Sure, they may have taken on debt at some point for a mortgage, but it wasn't how they grew their assets.

I grew up vacationing in OCMD and know the area well from OCMD to Rehoboth.

@Jason FrinkI grew up just north of San Francisco. $270K is super strong but like you said it's all relative (especially out there). 

I grew up in Northern California and still wanted to be close by but wanted the benefits of Nevada (and still strong appreciation). 

She grew up there and her parents live in Eastown.

He did it for 175 sqft bc it wasn't a luxury home, cheaper finishes all around I literally grew up in the construction industry and have built more homes than you have fingers and toes, including luxury homes at places like the Yellowstone Club in Big sky Montana, But I have no idea what I am talking about?
