    That question won't get you the answers you want because we have no idea what your why is? Why are you looking to invest in real estate? What is your expectation? Are you after cash flow or appreciation, or both? What is your management style - hire PM or manage yourself? Why are you asking for any market as a new investor when you should be looking closest to you that matches the money you have to invest?
